Reconnect. Rebalance. Recharge.
Together with Alexia Daksha Damini, I warmly invite you to join us for this very special women’s retreat in the Northeast of Bali. To nourish ourselves, to integrate and to re-charge what 2020 has brought along.
Over the past years Bali has become our second home, our sanctuary – and we feel that right now organizing a Bali retreat is more needed than ever. Not just for us to recharge, but also to support and give back to the Balinese economy, which has suffered a lot the past year.
Alexia and I spent the first lockdown in Bali and experienced first hand how effected locals were economically as 90 % of their income stems from tourism, yet, how beautifully they responded to these challenges. We encountered warm-hearted, loving, welcoming, caring and giving locals who never begged for money, but made the best out of the situation and found creative ways to offer their services to earn money.
There is so incredibly much we can learn from this culture. The rootedness in spirituality and love for live – despite all that’s happening around them. Despite losing all materialistic things.
Bali is opening for international tourists again, starting 1 December 2020. Thus, we feel that February 2021 is the perfect timing for a nourishing women’s retreat. To escape the grey winter vibes, to replenish our bodies, minds and souls and to support the Balinese locals.
You will leave this retreat feeling revitalized, supported and inspired. The skills and techniques cultivated in the retreat will become an anchor for anything that might be ahead.
We will be exploring how yoga can serve as self-care and how self-care in itself can be a radical act of rebellion in times in which busyness is considered a status symbol. We’ll cover topics from women’s selfcare informed yoga and cycle awareness to somatic movement, kriyas, breathwork and connection exercises. All while being held in a non-judgmental space of permission and belonging with and by other women… breathing, sharing, and moving together.
Learn how to really take care of yourself and how we, as women, can take care of each other. Learn a form of yoga, that takes you back to your inner strength.
