I hold worldwide Yoga Trainings, Retreats, Workshops, Women’s Circles and Events. I offer a space that allows for your personal development and transformation – to the right extent, at the right time. My teachings are based on a wholistic yoga approach. We do not only work on the physical, but on the energetic and mental body and we respect the cycles and rhythms of nature around and within us. I accompany you to re-establish balance in your whole body.
Through deep relaxation you can get in touch with your inherent wisdom. By stepping out of your comfort zone, you allow new perspectives. Through surrender you can gain strength. By letting go you can invite clarity. All while being held in a safe space, together with like-minded women and men, where the whole of you is warmly welcomed.
In my women’s selfcare retreats and workshops you will dive deeply into womanhood. You will learn how to take care of yourself first, how the cycles of nature within you and around you influence your whole being. You will explore a different approach towards yoga, a feminine approach that puts the womb into the center of attention. You are invited to release tension from your body through specific breathing techniques so you can allow yourself to reconnect with your inherent feminine wisdom.
